Benefit Loves… Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme promoted and operated by Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI.
‘Benefit Loves…’ is the Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI rewards scheme and is free to join. By participating in the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme, you agree to the terms and conditions below. 1. Eligibility
‘Benefit Loves…’ is available to anyone at least 18 years old and a legal UK or ROI resident for the entire period of their ‘Benefit Loves…’ membership. No corporate or business use or participation is allowed. Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI employees may be excluded from any aspect of the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme at any time at Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI discretion. If we detect that rewards were earned in relation to corporate, business or employee use, we reserve the right to revoke those rewards at any time. Eligibility may be updated, and Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI may withhold rewards if your ‘Benefit Loves…’ account is terminated.
2. Activation and Registration
Your ‘Benefit Loves…’ account is personal to you and not transferable. Activate and register your membership on the app. You will need to provide a valid email together with any other information requested during account creation. Your email address must be the same email address that is registered with your Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI account. Without a valid email address, you will not receive any rewards associated with the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal details are kept up to date and Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI will not be responsible for any lost, delayed, or undeliverable communications if you do not do so. If we detect that you have opened multiple ‘Benefit Loves…’ accounts, we reserve the right to close or merge any of those accounts.
3. Earning ‘Hearts’ on product
You will earn 1 ‘Heart’ for every £1 you spend on product on benefitcosmetics.com/en-gb (the “Website”) and in the following Boutiques: Carnaby Street, Covent Garden, Spitalfields, St Albans, Loughton, Reigate (excluding: Benefit Bicester Village Outlet, Boots, John Lewis, House of Fraser, Selfridges, Next, Feel Unique, Cult Beauty, ASOS, All Beauty, Fenwick, Very, Debenhams, Escentual, De Gruchy, Dufry, Shaws & Son, Flannels, Frasers) (the “Boutiques”). From time to time, we may update the cash amount you must spend to earn 1 ‘Heart’, and we may also update the locations where ‘Hearts’ can be earned. ‘Hearts’ cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative and have no cash value. ‘Hearts’ may only be exchanged for rewards which we make available to you through your ‘Benefit Loves…’ account.
To earn ‘Hearts’ on purchases on the Website, you must be signed into your Benefit Cosmetics UK account and complete your purchase with the same email address you registered your ‘Benefit Loves…’ account with. You also must have accepted cookies on the Website for us to track the purchase. ‘Hearts’ can only be earned on the Website or in Boutiques, are non-transferable, and cannot be used on anywhere else. ‘Hearts’ are only earned on product and services; shipping and delivery costs will not be rewarded. If you have earned ‘Hearts’ by making a qualifying purchase which is subsequently refunded, the ‘Hearts’ earned in relation to that purchase will be deducted from your account balance. Free gifts and gift cards are not eligible for ‘Hearts’, and if you are using a promotional code with your order, the ‘Hearts’ you earn will be based on the final value of eligible products and services after the promotional code has been applied.
4. Earning ‘Hearts’ on receipt scanning (Boots purchases only)
You will need to upload or take a clear photo of your Boots in-store receipt to earn hearts (no online purchases allowed). Make sure the photo clearly shows the store name, date and time of purchase, total purchase amount, and the names of the Benefit Cosmetics products purchased. In order to take a picture the app will ask to be allowed access to your camera, you just need to press allow in the app in order for you to take a photo.
- Receipts must be scanned within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for earning Hearts.
- Your receipt will take 24 hours to process before you receive Hearts.

5. Earning ‘Hearts’ on services
You will earn 1 ‘Heart’ for every £1/ €1 you spend on services when you book on benefitcosmetics.com/en-gb (the “Website”) and in the following Boutiques: Carnaby Street, Covent Garden, Spitalfields, St Albans, Loughton, Reigate and Dublin, Boots, John Lewis, House of Fraser, Selfridges, and Sephora and Next. (excluding: Benefit Bicester Village Outlet, Feel Unique, Cult Beauty, ASOS, All Beauty, Fenwick, Very, Debenhams, Escentual, De Gruchy, Dufry, Shaws & Son, Flannels, Frasers). From time to time we may update the cash amount you must spend to earn 1 ‘Heart’, and we may also update the locations where ‘Hearts’ can be earned. ‘Hearts’ cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative and have no cash value. ‘Hearts’ may only be exchanged for rewards which we make available to you through your ‘Benefit Loves…’ account.
6. Digital Loyalty Card
For every treatment booking completed in store you will get a stamp on your Digital Loyalty Card, once you’ve completed 4 you will earn a free brow wax. This can be redeemed in any store where you get your treatments. You won’t be able to accrue more stamps until you’ve redeemed your free brow wax. You can only have 1 Free Brow Wax to redeem at once. With your stamps you will also get hearts with your treatment booking as stated in point 4. You will earn stamps in the following Boutiques: Carnaby Street, Covent Garden, Spitalfields, St Albans, Loughton and Reigate, Boots, John Lewis, House of Fraser, Selfridges, and Sephora and Next. (excluding: Benefit Bicester Village Outlet, Feel Unique, Cult Beauty, ASOS, All Beauty, Fenwick, Very, Debenhams, Escentual, De Gruchy, Dufry, Shaws & Son, Flannels, Frasers). Stamps are limited to one each day, bookings for Eye Mask treatments only won't be rewarded.
7. How long does it take for my ‘Hearts’ to be updated?
Your balance will usually be updated within 48 hours of purchase or activity.
8. Do my ‘Hearts’ ever expire?
Yes. ‘Benefit Loves…’ ‘Hearts’ are eligible for redemption for twelve (12) months from the date they are originally earned. Please make sure you spend your ‘Hearts’ on available rewards within this period. Once you have redeemed a reward in exchange for the required number of ‘Hearts’, that redemption is final and those ‘Hearts’ cannot be re-added to your balance.
9. Rewards
As a ‘Benefit Loves…’ member, you will have access to a variety of rewards, you just need to use your ‘Benefit Loves…’ app when you shop on our Website or in our Boutiques. Available rewards may change from time to time, are subject to availability and additional terms and, if necessary, may be substituted or withdrawn at any time by Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI. Before redemption, please carefully review any reward-specific terms and conditions.
10. Liability
For the avoidance of doubt, the promoter of the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme is Benefit Cosmetics UK, Marconi Building, New St, Chelmsford CM1 1PH. Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the intended recipient of any rewards or other entrants, including those that are caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in any draw for a rewards or the awarding of any rewards (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of a reward; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI’s control that may cause the allocation or awarding of the rewards to be disrupted or corrupted. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way Benefit Cosmetics UK and ROI’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability which may not be limited by applicable laws.
11. Termination
You can terminate your ‘Benefit Loves…’ account at any time on the app. On termination all ‘Hearts’ earned, and any rewards you have redeemed, will be permanently lost. We can terminate your ‘Benefit Loves…’ account immediately if at any time, you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be, acting fraudulently, criminally or are otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
12. Making changes to ‘Benefit Loves…’
As mentioned above, we can make changes to the eligibility requirements, the rewards, and the terms of the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme at any time if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that the change is either to your benefit or is required for the continuing administration of the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or postal communication where we have been provided with contact details by you, and where possible we will give you reasonable notice before these changes take effect. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme at any time giving you seven days’ notice of termination. These terms and conditions were last updated on 11 July 2025.

14. Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings?
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Benefit Cosmetics Loyalty Programme and our dealings with you in the courts of England and Wales (and/or Scottish courts it you live in Scotland and/or Northern Irish courts if you live in Northern Ireland). The terms and conditions are in English and any communications we send to you will be in English.

16. Your Statutory Rights

Birthday Reward
1. When will I receive my birthday reward? We can only send your reward if you have added a valid date of birth to your account before the 1st day of your birthday month. We will send you a push notification one week before your birthday with your reward details. To check if we have your birthday, please check your account preferences in the app.
2. I have not received my birthday reward, what do I do? We can only send you your exclusive birthday reward if you have added a valid date of birth to your account before the 1st day of your birthday month. If we do not have your birthday before the 1st day of your birthday month, we will be unable to send you your code. To check if we have your birthday, please check your account preferences in the app. Please contact Customer Services if you have a query about your gift.

By participating in the Tiered Cake and £500 Benefit Bundle Promotion (the “Promotion”), each Entrant (defined herein) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Benefit Cosmetics LLC (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all respects. 1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to (i) legal residents of the United Kingdom; (ii) who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Promotion Period (defined below); and (iii) who are members of Benefit Loves loyalty program (individually “Entrant”, collectively “Entrants”). Employees of Sponsor and their parent companies, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with development and execution of this promotion, as well as immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings, step-sibling, step-child, in-laws and spouse of any of the foregoing, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (people who have shared the same residence at least three months over a period of one year prior to the start of the Promotion Period), whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.
2. TIMING: The Promotion begins August 1, 2025 at 12:00 am Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm GMT (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, shall serve as the official timekeeper for the Promotion Period.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion, you will be required to write a review of a product in the Benefit Loves app for Benefit’s new POREfessional Foundation (“Product”), including a photo of the Entrant wearing the Product (“Entry”). Entries must have been created by Entrant, and Entrant must have permission of any person who appears or is identified in the Entry. If any minors appear in the Entry, the Entrant must be that minor’s parent and/or legal guardian.
To be valid, all Entries must be received no later than August 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm GMT.
4. ENTRY CONDITIONS: In case of dispute over who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations, accounts or any other methods may void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified, and any potential prize may be forfeited. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries generated through a third-party website or software in any way other than the manner set forth in these Official Rules are prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant(s) using such methods if discovered by Sponsor. Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive the following: one (1) custom cake (£150) and £370 Benefit Cosmetics product bundle, to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (aggregate retail value is £520) (“Prize”). Actual value of prizes may vary and Sponsor will not award the difference between aggregate and actual values. Prize fulfillment is based on availability and Prize may differ from promotion images. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for the Prize in its sole discretion, unless such substitution is prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor need not substitute a prize based on the winner’s request.
6. CLAIMING PRIZE: Please allow thirty (30) days for Prize delivery from the time a winner provides delivery information to Sponsor. All taxes on prize, if any, and all costs and expenses related to the acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being provided are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide a tax ID for tax reporting purposes. We recommend that you consult with your tax advisor if you have further questions. Sponsor may disqualify a winner and select an alternate winner if any Prize is returned undeliverable.
7. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received and the skill of the Entrants.
8. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential winning Entrant will be selected at random by Sponsor on or about September 2, 2025. Potential winning Entrants will be contacted via e-mail or phone associated with Entrant’s Benefit Loves account to verify eligibility and confirm the Entrant as a winner. If a potential winning Entrant is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible, unqualified to participate in this Promotion, in violation of these Official Rules, or does not respond to Sponsor’s correspondence within twenty-four (24) hours, the potential winning Entrant may be disqualified and a new potential winning Entrant will be selected from the pool of eligible Entries, if time permits. A potential winner may be required to sign and return, each in the form provided by Sponsor, a Certificate of Eligibility and Release, within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Any Entrant who fails or refuses to sign and return the required documentation within the time period as specified by Sponsor may be disqualified.
Once each potential winner's eligibility is verified, he/she will be confirmed as a winner. Prizes will be sent to the winners within thirty (30) days from the date the winners are confirmed. If a confirmed winner has not received the Prize within thirty (30) days, please contact Sponsor here
All decisions of Sponsor on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, decisions related to its selection and determination of potential winners of this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding and not subject to challenge or appeal.
9. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ the right to use and or publish of the Entrant’s full name, likeness, photographs or other likenesses, voice, video, opinions, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), hometown, city and state of residence and any other information submitted to Sponsor by Entrant for promotional purposes related to the Promotion, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further payment or compensation, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Each Entry submitted (i) must be in keeping with the Sponsor’s image (as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion), (ii) may not be inappropriate, offensive, libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, contain nudity, unlawful or plagiarized, (iii) must not be harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way, (iv) may not violate or encourage others to violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation, (v) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property right or any other third party right, (vi) may not contain commercial or corporate advertising, including display of corporate logos, brand names and slogans, other than those relating to Sponsor, (vii) may not include references to alcoholic beverages, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, firearms or any depiction or representation thereof and (viii) may not include any virus, worm, corrupt file, Trojan horse or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or compromise a web site or the proper conduct of the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or unforeseen schedule changes that may limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, even if caused by Sponsor’s negligence. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or with the intent to impair the integrity of the Promotion will be void. Sponsor, in its sole reasonable discretion, may modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion or Sponsor otherwise becomes incapable of running the Promotion as planned. Sponsor is not responsible for changes to Entrant’s contact information. Any individual who attempts or otherwise encourages, directly or indirectly, the submission of false Entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor has no obligation to return any Entry, if applicable, submitted by a disqualified Entrant.
11. RELEASE: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, as a condition of participating in the Promotion, Entrants release Sponsor, TikTok and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) from liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including property damage, personal injury and death (excluding death or personal injury caused by Sponsor’s negligence) that may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance or use of prizes or participation in any Promotion-related activities and claims based on publicity rights, copyright or trademark infringement, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
12. FORCE MAJEURE: If, for any reason, the Promotion (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned by reason of fire, flood, storm or other natural disasters, riot, strike, civil commotion, governmental regulation or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in its sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion (or any part thereof), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole reasonable discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, the Promotion Entities are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; lost, stolen, deleted, mutilated, mis-delivered, postage due, illegible, incomplete or untimely Entries that may limit Entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone network, computer online system, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to participation or inability to participate in the Promotion; inability to access the site or upload information or data; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer, or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any website or for any other reason whatsoever; printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of uploading information or data or entering information at the site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, duplicate and incomplete Entries will be disqualified.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AND EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROMOTION, INCLUDING THE PRIZE, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Sponsor, its agents or distributors (the “Releasees”) will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participation in this promotion or promotion-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Releasees or that of their employees. In addition, the Releasees shall not be responsible for: (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information; (b) the theft, destruction, loss or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; (c) programming or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise; or (d) technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein or in other materials related to the Promotion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14.
