Love that it's:
Whenever I use this it just strips the make up underneath it away! I end up looking patchy with a slight gleam. Wasn't worth it.
I love High Beam - it is so smooth and you only need a little to get full coverage. It provides a lovely highlight to my cheekbones. I really like the lovely glowing effect it creates.
This is my go to highlighter, it applies beautifully and is very blendable. Last all day long for me even when doing sports. Matches my skin tone very well and has a lovely shimmer, not glittery. The slightly rosy tint ads a bit of life to my cheeks and it works amazingly with or without foundation. Had it for just under a year and it's still going despite using it almost every day! highly recommend ????
I can not rate this product any highly then 5 stars or I would!,this is an amazing product a must have in your makeup collection. Its so easy to use I prefer to put a little on a small eyeshadow blending brush&then apply to all the high points of my face.Starting with my cheek bones, under the arch of my brow and a little on my Cupid's bow.A little goes a very long way.It blends a dream&looks stunning on all skin tones from the fairest of them all to the darkest. This is one of my top 3 highlighters 2 of which are from benefit.Dont think about buying this, just buy it you will fall in love with this straight away.I always have a bottle to hand.
Subtle but there, blends so nicely with foundation and makes my cheek bones pop! Adds a lovely shimmer too!
This product is hard to blend in which leaves it streaky. Its very white which makes your face look like a disco ball... I would not recommend.
This is the best product I've ever used, it makes your complexion look amazing especially if you're pale or fair skinned, also you don't need to use blusher. I would definitely recommend this to a friend

High beam vs Girl meets pearl
I am 57 and looking for something to give my cheekb0nes & other areas of my face a glow. Both of these products say they do the same thing. Just wondering which one is better.
This product will do it. I'm 57 as well. I have high cheekbones. Makes my face "light up!" Try the product, you will not be disappointed.
I would recommend that you try both products in store, because both of these products are highlighters so it is mostly about what suits your complexion, I'm sure you will love both of them though x
They are both great, they're just different shades.
Girl meets Pearl is a soft, golden-pink liquid pearl luminizer features light-reflecting pigments to give your complexion an exquisite, dewy glow. It includes raspberry & chamomile, known for their soothing properties…and sweet almond seed extract known to help improve skin firmness & smoothness. Pat it on over blush to highlight cheekbones with a pop of pearly pleasure!
High Beam is a satiny pink liquid highlighter that accents cheek & brow bones for a dewy, radiant glow. Use as a spot highlighter over makeup or wear under complexion products for subtle luminescence. It's the "supermodel in a bottle!"

can i wear this on top of pressed powder
ive seen some people post that its not a good idea applying high beam on top of pressed powder, is this good for only foundation?
Absolutely. My regimen: That Gal primer, foundation, powder, powder blush, the high beam highligher. Lasts all day.
Of course you can use it over powder! Just make sure to dab lightly with your finger.
Can pregnant women use this product?
Yes of course :)
Hey hot mama, all our cosmetics and skincare products are perfectly safe to use while pregnant…but just to be super cautious, we recommend waiting until after your baby is born to use Benefit body products. We hear you’re glowing anyway.
Will you still recommend High Beam for those with oily skin?
Yes, as I have quite oily skin but high beam didn't make my face look shiny like other highlighters did, instead it gave it a gorgeous shimmery glow, hope this helped x
This product is perfect for oily skin because as soon as it is applied it settles and does not stay sticky/greasy
I do not discourage it, your complexion could use some luminosity; HOWEVER, go easy on it if your skin type is very oily.
Yes - I think it adds glow rather than shinyness. I think it reflects the light in a great way - so it's gonna look great even on oily skin.
High Beam is safe for all skin types.
Recommended for what skin tones?
Hello, I have rather dark/caramel coloured skin, would High Beam be suitable for it as a highlighter or would you recommend something else?
i would recommend this product on any colored skin because of the gorgeous glow it leaves on the skin. just make sure to blend well and if the glowyness is too much then apply the product before and put foundation on afterwards to make it subtle
It works in any skin tone... The pigments of this highlighter are creamy and golden, I use it during summer when I´m tanned and during winter when my skin tone is pale... and It always works and gives me awesome shade..
I really recommend this product, In my opinion is the best among Benefit highlighters.
In my opinion "High Beam " works on all skin tones.
Hope this helps .
Another question about oil...
I saw this question has been asked previously, but no definitive answer was posted, so maybe an employee can answer if High Beam is oil free? Thank you!
High Beam is not oil-free.
How do you use this Product?
I don't Really Understand What this Product does and How it would Help me.
For years, I have dotted this OVER make-up on my cheekbones, brow bones and jawline. Such a natural and dewy finish for my super fair skin! Makes my skin look super moisturized and forever young. Also, REALLY emphasizes cheekbones and flatters any face shape...ENJOY IT!
to accent my cheek bone, and eye brows
,High Beam helps exagurrate your cheek and brow bones and illuminate them and i definetely reccomend it .
You high beam on top of your foundation on the bridge of your nose, on the brow bone and the top of your cheeks for a glowy radiant look.
You can also mix a little bit in with your foundation if you want an all over glow.
Dot and blend over makeup on to cheek and brow bones, or anywhere you want a glance to linger.
Our satiny pink liquid highlighter accents cheek & brow bones for a radiant glow. Use as a spot highlighter or delicately blend all over your complexion. Looks perfectly radiant on all skintones. It's the "supermodel in a bottle"!
Will High Beam Bring Out Wrinkles?
I just turned 40 this year (yikes!), so I was wondering if High Beam would bring out wrinkles...I'm actually lucky to have very few, but I do have a few fine lines around my eyes & I'm worried that, since this product is supposed to be applied on the cheeks, that it might call attention to those fine lines...I guess what I'm wondering is...is it sparkly? And has anyone else over 25 tried this product? I'm very fair & I'd like to have a "dewy" look to my skin, but I don't want to look like I'm going to a rave :/
Thanks for the info!
From my own experience, this product is dewy and very light and will not bring out wrinkles but draw attention to the skin only in a glowing way. When you take a picture the spots you have placed high beam will make your face look flawless, it is amazing! I would recommend this for all ages!
Personally I feel that this item reduces the appearance of wrinkles. It works wonders with the bags under my eyes.
If you are only wearing high beam do you need a primer? or Will it stay on all day
This product does not budge, it is amazing you do not need a primer with this, but I wear a primer under my foundation and then I put High Beam on top of my foundation.
I've worn it without primer and I think it looks fine. I don't use it all over my face, but only on certain spots like my brow bones, cheekbones, and nose. It hasn't lasted all day for me, so it requires some retouching during the day.
in my experiences, it pretty much stays on all day...at night I'm always left with at least a little shimmer.
Using a primer always helps however it should stay on all day.
If I use this over Hello Flawless will it smudge and mess up my make up?
I doubt it will smudge as long as you use it appropriately. A few dots and dabs will do to blend it. Excessive rubbing in isn't necessary.
If you mean the Hello Flawless custom cover up powder, then no. I use it over the powder pretty much everyday and it never seems to budge it.
Nope, none of Benefit's highlighters should smudge any makeup. I've used most of them over makeup with no problems, however if you find any problems with smudging you can apply it under your makeup for a similar effect.
