We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.

Online Purchase Return


If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. Purchases of gift certificates and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at BenefitCosmetics.com. To return items to BenefitCosmetics.com, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Print and fill out the Return Form and place it inside the return package. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
  2. Purchase a return shipping label from the carrier of your choice and affix it to the outside of your package. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as Benefit Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

    Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been excessively used or on items that were not purchased from BenefitCosmetics.com. All BenefitCosmetics.com returns should be mailed to:

    Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

In Store Purchase Return

If you purchased a product at one of our boutiques, BrowBar Lounges or counters, please return it to the location where it was purchased. Sorry, gorgeous, but we can only accept returns of products purchased at BenefitCosmetics.com. Please read our Refund Policy for more information.
