‘Benefit Loves…’ is the Benefit Cosmetics UK rewards scheme. It comprises a range of rewards, offers and giveaways and is free to join. You can earn ‘Hearts’ in various ways such as referrals and purchases and spend these Hearts on exclusive offers and rewards.
Download the ‘Benefit Loves…’ App and create an account. You will need to provide a valid email, phone number and postal address. Without a valid email address, you will not receive all the regular rewards associated with the program. Please ensure that all your personal details are kept up to date as Benefit Cosmetics will not be responsible for any lost, delayed, or undeliverable communications. We recommend that you opt-in to our email marketing to ensure you receive updates about your ‘Benefit Loves…’ Account.
‘Benefit Loves…’ is our way of rewarding you for your loyalty to Benefit Cosmetics, we’ll choose bespoke rewards we think you’ll love, from an experience to an exclusive offer or gift.
You can earn Hearts for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, opting in-to marketing and making purchases. To see all the ways, you can earn Hearts, refer to the ‘how to earn Hearts article on your homepage. Earned Hearts have no financial value. You can earn Hearts from the following activities and many more:
Purchasing product: You earn 1 ‘Heart’ per every 1 pound spent on Benefitcosmetics.com and in our 6 Benefit owned Boutiques. In order to earn hearts when purchasing products on the website, your email address must be the same as the one associated with the app.
Booking a service: Book a service in the app and earn 1 Heart per every 1 pound spent.
Creating an account: New customers who sign up for the program will earn 50 Hearts. These will be automatically added upon account set up.
Referring a Friend: You will receive £10 off a purchase of £60 or more, and you will earn 10 Hearts once your friend signs up to programme through the link sent to them. You can refer up to 5 friends a month! You can find your referral link by logging into your account and clicking on the refer a friend icon.
Writing a Review: Leave a review in the app store for 10 Hearts. Your Hearts will update within 48 hours.
Opening app: Open app more than once in a month and earn 10 Hearts
Marketing Emails: Sign up to Marketing Emails and earn 10 Hearts
You will earn 1 Heart every £1 on benefitcosmetics.com or in one of our 6 Benefit Cosmetics stores. You will not earn Hearts on the value of any shipping, tax, duty, or associated fees. Hearts will always be rounded up. For example, a £25.50 purchase will qualify for 26 Hearts. Hearts are only awarded on completed purchases, please note, you will not earn Hearts on purchases of Gift Cards.
Your ‘Hearts’ will be valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account. For example, if you earned 50 Hearts on an order placed on 1 April 2023 and 20 Hearts on an order placed on 1 May 2023 then 50 Hearts would expire on 1 April 2024 and 20 Hearts would expire on 1 May 2024.
Currently our ‘Benefit Loves…’ scheme is available in the UK only. Our loyalty programme has launched first to customers on benefitcosmetics.com and our 6 benefit owned boutiques. We hope to launch our ‘Benefit Loves…’ scheme elsewhere soon!
All orders placed on www.benefitcosmetics.com and in our 6 Benefit stores (excluding Benefit Bicester Village Outlet, Kensington Boutique, Boots, John Lewis, House of Fraser, Selfridges, Next, Feel Unique, Cult Beauty, ASOS, All Beauty, Fenwick, Very, Debenhams, Escentual, De Gruchy, Dufry, Shaws & Son, Flannels, Frasers) are eligible for ‘Hearts’. Free gifts are not eligible for ‘Hearts’ If you’re using a promotional code with your order, the ‘Hearts’ you earn will be based on your final order value once the promotional code has been applied. Our Free Lash and Free Brow Tint reward is available in our 6 Benefit Boutiques only. your email address must be the same as the one associated with the app
Stay up to date with your Hearts and rewards in your ‘Benefit Loves…’ Hub in your app. Hearts can only be assigned to your account if you have used the email address associated with your ‘Benefit Loves…’ account when placing your order online or shopping in one of our 6 Benefit Boutiques. If you have done this and your Hearts still aren’t visible please contact a member of our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can terminate your account at any time on the app within your account. On termination all Hearts earned will be lost. We can terminate your account immediately if at any time, you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be acting fraudulently, criminally or are otherwise in breach of these terms. To delete your account head to your profile in the app and click Delete loyalty account.
