When you stop by our Brow Bars for your next Beauty Service, we’ll ask you three important screening questions before we wow your brows. If we are unfortunately not able to carry out your service that day, we so look forward to welcoming you back as soon as it’s safe for you, and our teams, and we’ll be waiting for you with a big Benefit welcome.

Benefit screening questions:

  1. Have you or members of your household had COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days?
  2. Have you been in close contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms in the last 10 days?
  3. Were you wearing medical grade PPE at the time?

 

  • From Monday July 19th in England, mask wearing is no longer an essential requirement for customers. However, our teams will continue wearing masks as they perform close contact beauty services. While we know mask wearing is no longer a requirement, in order to minimize the risk of infection, we would encourage you to wear a mask for the duration of your service.

  • Customer requirements may vary from retailer to retailer, so please consult the individual retailers website ahead of your visit for the most up to date information.

  • It is now compulsory to conduct track and trace across the UK. In order to assist us with this please can you download the NHS contact tracing app before you arrive for your appointment.
     
  • All Benefit employees are required to take a self-screening questionnaire and temperature check every day before entering work.
     
  • We follow guidance based on the current government legislation. PPE is available for all our employees. In countries where it is not mandatory to wear PPE in the workplace or for close contact services, if you would prefer your brow expert to wear a mask or visor, please just ask them!
     
  • If you are mask exempt and are visiting a BrowBar in Scotland or Wales we will do everything we can to help.

    • We would be delighted to give you a mask to wear just for the duration of your 20 minute service.
    • If the temporary mask wearing is not an option, our Customer Care team will be on standby to have a chat to help you find the best option. Please contact them before your appointment on 01245 342158 or customercareuk@benefitcosmetics.com. In some stores, such as Boots, there will be a store manager ready to help. We know not every situation is the same, so we would be happy to chat through all the possible solutions with you.
       
  • All Benefit employees must wash & disinfect their hands regularly.
     
  • We follow a strict protocol when it comes to cleaning and sanitisation.
     
  • All Brow Bar stations & chairs are thoroughly disinfected regularly throughout the day. They are disinfected before and after a service using EPA-approved disinfectant.
     
  • Our service stations have been reviewed to ensure social distancing measures are in place. This may mean a restriction on seats available so be sure to book in online.
     
  • We set up a fresh “sanitary maintenance area” for each customer and dispose of all used materials after each service. Used non-disposable tools such as tweezers & scissors are separated into a clearly labeled container immediately after use for proper cleaning.
     
  • All non-disposable tools are disinfected then washed with warm soapy water, sanitized again and stored in barbicide for disinfection. Before use, they are disinfected again using alcohol. Mirrors are cleaned with alcohol before and after use.
     
  • We sanitise all product testers before & after every use and use single-use disposable applicators to avoid cross-contamination.
     
  • We ask that you use card/contactless payments for all services.
