This Privacy Policy is provided by Benefit Cosmetics, located at Level 9 111 Elizabeth St. Sydney NSW 2000 (“Benefit Cosmetics,” “we,” “our,” or us”) and it applies to the website located at https://www.benefitcosmetics.com/en-au/ and any other Benefit Cosmetics application or location where this Privacy Policy is posted (each a “Benefit Cosmetics Site,” and together the “Benefit Cosmetics Sites”). Benefit Cosmetics Affiliate Companies refers to Benefit Cosmetics LLC and its subsidiaries as well companies within LVMH Group and other entities of LVMH Group which provide services on behalf of Benefit Cosmetics for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You can opt-out of receiving marketing SMS/text messages via the Messaging Service by using the link to opt-out in the SMS/text messaging communications sent to you. ii. JOB APPLICANTS Please inform us in writing of any changes to your contact details via the Benefit Privacy Portal in the Contact Us section below to help us manage your application more efficiently. Please be aware that the Privacy Portal is made available for privacy related communications only. Communications related to the status of your application should not be sent to the Benefit Privacy Portal and will not be responded to outside of the appropriate Human Resources channel for such inquiries. iii. CHANGING, UPDATING OR DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION. You are entitled to access the personal information we hold about you and may request that we correct any errors in the information we hold. You can update, change or delete certain personal information (such as your email address, mailing address and payment method) on the Benefit Cosmetics Site by clicking “My Account” in the menu at the top of each page. We will take reasonable steps to allow you to access your personal information unless circumstances exist that would prohibit us from doing so. We will correct your personal information where we are satisfied that the information is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.
