Hi gorgeous! You should apply lemon-aid first https://www.benefitcosmetics.com/product/view/lemon-aid B xo
HOW TO APPLY
Prime your peepers with some sweet aid.
When life gives you lemon eyes...make lemon aid perk up your sour look & prime those lids for zesty, bright-eyed beauty. Pat on eyelids with your fingertip and blend. Wear alone or under your favorite eye makeup. And hey! No sponge necessary...the warmth of your fingertips makes blending easy.
Complete Your Look
when do you apply lemon aid - before or after foundation? Just starting to explore color correction and I'm confused as to what goes first - lemon aid then followed by foundation or is it the other way around? TIA!
Is Lemon-aid good for dark skin tones Hi, I was wondering whether this is suitable for for my friend who has dark circles around her eyes but her skin tone is quite olive..
I have medium skin with an olive undertone. I think Lemon Aid does a great job color correcting around the eyes for me. I hope your friend has a store close by where she can try the product.
YES! This is by FAR the BEST undereye purple circle miracle remover I have ever encountered as a makeup artist who has been covering my circles for over 17 years....use with the appropriate bo-ing concealer and your friend will be AMAZED
It really depends on your friend's undertones. There's really no way to answer without seeing her. I recommend Boi-ing for hiding dark circles. It's offers industrial strength coverage.
How do I keep this stuff from going into the crease of my eyelid? I have used this two times now and both times it ended up in the crease of my eyelid. The first time I used stay don't stray, the second time I didn't, thinking it might just be suitable for shadows. How do I stop this from happening because I really love the result right after putting it on.
I would recommend using a neutral eye shadow to set the Lemon Aid. It may help with any creasing. This has worked for me and even stays while exercising!
Do you apply it with a brush? If not, I suggest applying it with a brush to distribute it evenly on your eyelid. Hope this helps!
I would like to recommend using an eye cream before you put this on. It helps combat the dry fine lines :)
As a suggestion from me personally, I would use my pinky finger to apply this on my eyelids, that way you know how much you are putting on. I would dab it right underneath your eye brow area and on the eyelid closest to your lashes then lightly smooth them towards the center so you get the most coverage on the outside rather then caking in the crease. I hope that helps.
A little goes a long way with Lemon aid and stay don't stray. My suggestion would be to try applying less, also use a concealer brush. No matter how clean our hands are, it could be that applying with your finger tiops is making your lids oily. To finish your look, apply your favorite shadow. I love using our creaseless cream shadows, I can't live without them! B xox
