The purpose of the processing and use of your image for the virtual product try-on tools, such as our Brow Try-On and Pore Analysis Tool (P.A.T.), is to provide you with a way to “try-on” the products that we offer. When you use the virtual product try-on tool, it is downloaded to your device, runs and processes the image on your device or browser. You may also have the option of using an existing picture (that you upload directly). Your image will be processed locally on the device and we will not see or collect the images from your device or browser. The virtual product try-on tool uses an algorithm to analyze the picture to detect facial points such as the outline of your lips, eyes, eyebrows, nose. This information is used to digitally add the product onto your image and does not identify you or verify your identity. Your image is not collected or stored by us (unless you opt to share to social or otherwise download it). Once the information is displayed to you and you have completed use of the feature, your image is deleted. If you share the picture it will be stored for the time needed to achieve this purpose (up to 72 hours). The picture is automatically deleted after such period. By downloading or sharing your picture on social media or from your device (e.g. by texting it), we are not responsible for the sharing or processing of your image outside of the virtual product try-on tool.NOTICE OF PUBLIC POSTING AREAS
