To take advantage of a special promotion, you’ll need to enter a promo code in your Shopping Bag or during Checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you hit the appropriate order threshold. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.

Promotion codes cannot be added to an order after checkout has been complete and only one code can be redeemed per order.
When you shop with us online, we provide 2 free samples with each order. You can select your samples whilst at cart. If you forget to add them to your order we are unable to send these separately. Sometimes during peak periods free samples can be temporarily out of stock so we cannot guarantee 24/7 availability.

If you're sending a gift to a friend (or to yourself), we'll be happy to package it in a pretty Benefit box. Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.
Just click on "Gift Options for Pretty Packages" during Checkout. A fee of £4.95 will be added to your order total.
Please note that not all items can be gift wrapped, for instance some of our bigger gift sets and tins. Please check the product pages on those larger items, as we will usually put a small notice to let you know whether they can be gift wrapped or not.
An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your fabulous new purchase! Get excited...Benefit is now on its way to you! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order.

If you created an account and placed your order while you were signed in, you’re able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. Simply view your Orders and click the Cancel option. After 30 minutes pass, we are unable to cancel or change your order.
Maximum Purchase Policy
The product and services available on our websites, including any samples, are for personal use only. As such, we reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 6 per product and 20 different products per order.
What happens if I don’t receive my order
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping notification please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve this matter. We are unable to accept lost parcels if we are not contacted within 30 days of shipping.
