You spend, we send! We offer everyday FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $50 and International Orders over $125 (except to China and France). Once you hit the threshold, Free Shipping will be automatically applied to your order.

Everyone loves free stuff, including us! With every order at BenefitCosmetics.com, you get two FREE samples! Select your samples in your Shopping Bag, and we’ll ship them to you with your order.
Offers and Promotion Codes
Sign up for an account at BenefitCosmetics.com, and we’ll treat you like family! You’ll get first dibs on new products, invitations to special events, and offers exclusive to Benefit subscribers.
To take advantage of a special promotion, you’ll need to enter a promo code in your Shopping Bag or during Checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you hit the appropriate order threshold. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.
Please read the details associated with each promo code carefully for valid offer period and restrictions. Promo codes are valid only at BenefitCosmetics.com and not at Benefit boutiques, brow bars or counters, or other websites.
U.S. Sales Tax
We collect state sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington. This list is subject to change as we open new locations.
Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
International Orders
We ship to lots of places around the world – just select your country at checkout. Please note that there are a few restricted products, such as fragrance, BADgal waterproof mascara and boo boo zap, that we are unable to ship internationally.
While beauty has no borders, International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from BenefitCosmetics.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Benefit Cosmetics does not collect duties and taxes, and as smart as we are, we can not predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

BenefitCosmetics.com accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information online, we will happily accept your order by phone. Just give us a ring at 1-800-781-2336.

Multiple Ship to Addresses
If you need to ship to more than one address, it’s no problem! Just choose “Ship to Multiple Addresses” at Checkout and follow the instructions. You’re able to ship up to two addresses per order, and the addresses must be within the same country.
Gift Packaging
If you're sending a gift to a friend (or to yourself), we'll be happy to package it in a pretty Benefit box and include a personal message. Multiple items within a gift order will be presented as one gift package.
Just click on \"Gift Options for Pretty Packages\" during Checkout. If you wish to include a personal message, please enter it in the text box provided. A fee of $4.95 will be added to your order total.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an order number and summary of your fabulous new purchase! Get excited...Benefit is now on its way to you! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order.

Order Cancellation
You’re able to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing an order. Simply log in to view your Orders and click the Cancel option. Or, give us a ring at 1-800-781-2336 and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled by you or our Customer Care team.
Restricted Products
We're sorry, but some of our products such as fragrance, BADgal waterproof mascara and boo boo zap are restricted to ship via ground transportation only. We are unable to ship these restricted products to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. You'll be instructed to remove these items from your Shopping Bag at Checkout.
Maximum Purchase Policy
The product and services available on our websites, including any samples, are for personal use only. As such, we reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 6 per product and 20 different products per order.
